Timothy Whittaker’s favorite thing about Union is its remote location and scenic mountain backdrop, which provides a peaceful and focused environment to grow both personally and athletically.

His hobbies include hitting the gym, listening to music, running, and learning new things. With a broad scope of interests, Timothy has several dream careers—from becoming a philosopher, to owning a golf course, managing a sports facility, or even working as a lead park ranger, spending time in nature while still enjoying time with loved ones.

In high school, his favorite subjects were history and financial literacy. His bowling icon is Pete Weber, his go-to drink is ice cold water, and his favorite road trip snack is jerky. His top meal of choice is grass-fed ribeye or elk steak, and he enjoys spending time on YouTube. 

Timothy has three cats—Keets, Baby’s, and Leo, and he describes himself as a teammate who is motivating, helpful, reliable, and respected. He wants to be remembered as someone honest, dependable, and true to himself.

An interesting fact about him is his deep love for Bruce Springsteen, and his second-best sport is football.
