Major: Business Administration

Kamron Smith is a Business Administration major who says his favorite thing about Union is the people. He appreciates how friendly and welcoming everyone is, and he enjoys the events and activities that help bring the campus community together.

His favorite subject in high school was social studies, and his dream job is to become a manager for a major company. Kamron has always thought leadership roles were cool because of the responsibility and impact that come with them. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and exploring trails.

Kamron’s football icon is Aaron Donald, admired for his intensity and skill. His favorite drink is Fruit Punch Minute Maid, and his go-to road trip snack is a bag of chips with an electrolyte Gatorade water. His favorite meal is a classic burger and fries, and he’s most active on Snapchat. He also has a dog named King.

As a teammate, Kamron considers himself someone who will do anything for the team—never complaining, always willing to help however he can. He wants to be remembered for his strong work ethic and the “work-first” mentality he brings to everything he does. His second-best sport is baseball.

One interesting fact about Kamron: he was in chorus during middle school. He credits Coach Boss, Coach King, and Coach Watson for having a major positive impact on his time at Union, saying they believed in him even when he didn’t believe in himself and always pushed him to be his best both on the field and in the classroom.
