Bio

Major: Exercise Science

Camron Mitchell is an Exercise Science major who says his favorite thing about Union is the bond he shares with his coaches and teammates, describing them as a true family. That close-knit connection has made his time at Union both meaningful and memorable.

His favorite subject in school was math, and his dream is to become a Strength & Conditioning Coach in the NFL. When he’s not on the field, Camron enjoys lifting and playing video games.

His football icon is Jason Kelce, someone he admires for his leadership and grit. Camron’s favorite drinks are water and Sprite, and his go-to road trip snack is honey mustard pretzels. His favorite meal is chicken fettuccine alfredo, and his favorite social media platform is TikTok. At home, he has two dogs—Sterling and Gabby.

Camron sees himself as both a good leader and a reliable friend, on and off the field. He wants to be remembered for winning a conference championship and leaving his mark as part of something bigger than himself. His second-best sport is basketball.

He credits Tim McKay and Coach Brandon Day as two of the most influential people during his time at Union, both helping shape him into the athlete and person he is today.
