Dunlap Secures Fourth Place at Bee Bash
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The Union Commonwealth University men's bowling team competed at the Bee Bash over the weekend, earning a top-five team finish against a strong field.
The Bulldogs placed fourth out of 10 teams on Saturday, knocking down 5,444 total pins. On Sunday, UCU improved to a third-place finish with 4,615 pins across 25 Baker games, highlighted by an impressive 236 in their final game.
Landon Dunlap led the Bulldogs with a standout performance, earning All-Tournament Team honors after finishing fourth overall out of 104 bowlers. He totaled 1,212 pins over six games, averaging 202 pins per game.
Gunner Watson followed in 12th place, also bowling six games with a 192 average and a 1,152-pin total. Hunter Cain recorded 1,079 pins across six games to place 25th overall.
Ethan Segna competed in five games, totaling 840 pins for a 168 average, while Johnathon Bayne tallied 702 pins over four games with a 175.5 average.
Union will return to action at the MSC Greater Nashville Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 25.
