Aymanni Wynn Named AAC Offensive Player of the Week

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – Union Commonwealth University's freshman forward Aymanni Wynn has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week.

Wynn led the Bulldogs in their only game of the week, scoring 30 points in a 73–70 win over Bluefield. She shot 10-of-16 from the field, 3-of-5 from three-point range and 7-of-8 at the free-throw line, while adding four rebounds, two steals and one block.

Wynn capped her performance by scoring seven points in the final two and a half minutes, including four clutch free throws in the last 23 seconds that gave Union the lead and sealed the victory.
