Keenan Uhles values the opportunity to play the sport he loves at Union Commonwealth University while spending time with friends who make campus feel like home. Dedicated and steady, he considers himself a teammate who helps others stay focused when it matters most.

Outside of track and field, Keenan enjoys playing Minecraft, a hobby that gives him a fun way to unwind. His dream job is to work in homeland security.

Keenan’s favorite subject in high school was social studies, and he looks up to world champion thrower Ryan Crouser as his athletic icon. His favorite meal is chicken and dumplings, and on road trips he reaches for cashews or Airheads with chocolate milk as his go-to drink. He prefers Instagram as his favorite platform.

He has two dogs at home and wants to be remembered for his technique in his event. Keenan shares that Coach AJ has made a significant impact on his development, especially in helping refine his throwing form.
