Major: Business Management

Isaiah Spears values the close-knit community at Union Commonwealth University, where strong connections and support make the campus feel like home. Known as a selfless teammate, he strives to be a positive influence and bring light to those around him.

Outside of track and field, Isaiah is a passionate music lover. His favorite meal is Cajun pasta, and he likes to snack on Twin Snakes gummies during road trips. Isaiah’s favorite subject in high school was math, and he looks up to Usain Bolt as his sport icon.

He also enjoys basketball and football as additional sports. He credits Coach Jelks for giving him the opportunity to continue pursuing what he loves, with a special shout-out to Ms. Paula Grubb for her impact.
