Jayvian Breckenridge appreciates the quiet scenery at Union Commonwealth University. He enjoys how peaceful campus feels and the beautiful sights that come with it.

Outside of track and field, Jayvian spends his time gaming and cooking. His dream job is to become a therapist and also a real estate broker for his own firm. Math was his favorite subject in high school, and he looks up to Mutaz Essa Barshim as his favorite icon in the sport.

His favorite drink is Pineapple Fanta, and his go-to road trip snacks are Grippos and honey buns. He stays active on Instagram and enjoys chicken alfredo with breadsticks as his favorite meal. At home, he has three dogs named Layla, Drogon, and Blue.

Jayvian considers himself a goofball teammate and wants to be remembered for breaking his coach’s record. In his free time, he likes watching shows. Coach Jelks, Ms. Grubb, and Ms. Payne have all made a positive impact on his life at Union, and Coach Payton also holds importance in his journey. Outside of track and field, football is his second-best sport.
