Union’s Enzo Constable named AAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week

Barbourville, Ky. -  Union Commonwealth University's Enzo Constable has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week. This is his first honor this season.

At the Bulldog Invite, Constable delivered an outstanding performance, earning six first-place finishes, achieving three "A" cuts, and setting three new program records.

Individually, Constable claimed victory in the 50-yard freestyle with an "A" cut time of 19.97, the 100-yard butterfly with an "A" cut time of 48.09, and the 100-yard freestyle with an "A" cut time of 44.46.

He also contributed to first-place finishes in three relay events. The Bulldogs won the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:25.55, the 200-yard medley relay in 1:31.25, and the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 3:22.82.

Constable's remarkable meet included breaking three of his own program records in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly, and 100-yard freestyle. To learn more about his record-breaking achievements, click here.
