Union's Enzo Constable breaks his own 100-yard free record

Barbourville, Ky. - Union Commonwealth University's Enzo Constable broke his own program record in the 100-yard freestyle on Friday against Asbury.

He posted a record time of 44.54. Constable, who previously set the record with a 45.28 at the King Invite earlier this season, has now elevated the mark yet again. 

In addition to rewriting the record books, Constable's new time also achieved an "A" cut, securing him an automatic qualification for nationals in March.
