2025 Union Men’s Golf Season Preview

 BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – The Union Commonwealth University men's golf program has announced its 2025 season schedule, along with expectations for the upcoming year.

Head coach Russell Sisson said the team is focused on improving upon last season's performance.

"I am expecting improvement in the team this season," Sisson said. "We have added several strong freshmen to join returners from last season, and I am expecting improvement from all returners."

Discussing the team's offseason progress, Sisson said early signs of development are already apparent.

"I have seen signs of improvement in our practice rounds, which began this week," he said. "It is too soon to say whether any one golfer has improved more than others."

The Bulldogs will open their season Sept. 21–23 at the East Tennessee Collegiate, hosted at the Johnson City Country Club in Johnson City, Tennessee.
