Union Men’s Bowling Concludes MSC Championships

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University men's bowling team competed in the MSC Championships over the weekend at Southern Lanes Bowling.

The tournament featured top teams from Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee and used a Mega-Match format with a best-of-three-point series consisting of three sets, all contested on the same pair of lanes.

The Bulldogs opened the tournament with a first-round loss to Cumberlands, falling 1027-868 in Set One and 946-847 in Set Two.

In the consolation bracket, Union Commonwealth faced Tennessee Wesleyan in a best-of-seven Baker format, going 0-4 (185-171, 224-146, 247-193, 182-180) before being eliminated from the tournament.

The Bulldogs will compete in the Hoosier on Feb. 14–15 at Western Bowl in Indianapolis.
