BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College men's soccer team bolstered the 2008 roster with the addition of Mbizo Mzamane. The newest member of the Bulldogs' squad comes to Union from Drexel (Pa.) University.

Mzamane is a forward originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. He played in six matches with two starts while at Drexel last season.

"He is a very dangerous forward that loves to take players on," Union head coach Tyler Brock said. "I feel that Mbizo is going to be player that teams will have to take note of in our conference, and I look forward to seeing him get into the mix with our team."

He joins a Union team that went 10-7-1 in 2007. Union opens the 2008 campaign on Wednesday, August 27, at West Virginia Tech.
