"Having this opportunity to bowl at Union, and get a great education is the best feeling in the world," said Lane. "I'm very excited to see what my future holds.

"I would like to say a special thank you for my parents for taking me to all the tournaments and being my biggest supporters. My dad, Mike Lane, has believed in me and been by my side since day one and is truly the one who helped me become the bowler I am today. Also, a big thanks to my other coaches Leon Lamm and Chick Dellinger for being there for me, too."

Union is a member of the Mid-South Conference for Bowling.
