BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College men's golf head coach Tony Carruba has announced that Conor Sutton has signed his National Letter of Intent, and plans to join the Bulldog program in time for the start of the Fall 2014 semester. 

Sutton will join the Bulldog program from his home of Dublin, Ireland, where he prepped at St Paul's College, Raheny. In his home country, Sutton registered second place finishes at both the Leinster U15 Championship and the Connaght U18 Championship in 2012. He also placed in the top 10 at the 2012 Uslter U18 Championship, and was a silver medalist in the All-Ireland Irish Junior Foursomes.

"I am very excited to have Conor join our team for the upcoming season," said Carruba. "He is a very talented junior who has a lot of competition experience. I can't wait to see what the future holds for him."

Conor, the son of Alasdair and Geraldine Sutton, plans to major in Sports and Business Management at Union College.
