BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College women's tennis coach Roscoe Moonieyan has announced that Erika Broady has signed her National Letter of Intent, and plans to join the Bulldog program in time for the Fall 2014 semester.

Broady will join the Union program off a prep career at Charlestown High School in her native Charlestown, Indiana. There, she played varsity tennis for the last four years, earning All-Conference honors after her sophomore season. Broady has also played from the number one position in singles action for the last two seasons, as well.

"Erika is going to be a great addition to our women's program next year," said Moonieyan. "She brings great energy and her athleticism will give her so much more room to grow. She has a great height advantage that will benefit her as a competitor, and with the potential she possesses, I am really excited to start working with such a player."

Union is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC).
