LONDON, Ky. - It was a long day of action for the Union College men's golf team at the 22nd Annual SEKI at Crooked Creek Golf Club on Monday, but the Bulldogs still posted a strong effort, as they sit in a tie for second overall as a team entering the third round of action on the par-72 course.

Overall, the Bulldogs posted first and second round scores of 306 and 304, respectively, to record a combined 36-hole score of 610. Entering the third round, Union is tied for second with both Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) and Milligan (Tenn.), as all three teams are chasing host Cumberlands (Ky.) in the overall leaderboard.

Individually, Andy Dusek paced the Bulldogs in the first two rounds, posting scores of 75-74 (+6) to put himself in a sixth place by himself entering the final round. Elsewhere, Nick Blankenship bounced back from a first round 80 to shoot an even-par 72 in his second round move into a tie for 15th, while Thomas Scott is in a tie for 17th overall with rounds of 72-80 on the afternoon.

Rounding out the top individuals on the day for Union were Alasdair Ross, who posted a pair of five-over 77's to move into a tie for 19th, and Tim Cooper, who is in a tie for 23rd overall (78-79).

The Union College men's golf team will conclude action at the SEKI tomorrow with third round action. Fans are reminded that live results will be available throughout the day here.
