ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. - The Union men's golf stumbled a bit on the links on Tuesday as it fired a 306 to finish fourth overall at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Fall Tournament at the Elizabethton Golf Course in Elizabethton, Tenn.

After posting a 285 during Monday's opening round, the Bulldogs puttered around and scrounged up a 306 for a total score of 591, dropping them from second to fourth. 

Milligan (Tenn.) posted a 282 on Tuesday as it finished with a 561 to win the event. Tennessee Wesleyan finished 22 strokes back at 583 to claim second place, while Reinhardt carded a 588 for third. After Union, SCAD Atlanta posted a 601 to place fifth in the 12 team field.

After having three players break par on Monday, no one shot better than 1-over par during the final round. Tim CooperAndy Dusek and Simon Taylor all finished with a 4-over 148 for the tournament.

Union returns to action on Oct. 28-29 when it plays at the Reinhardt (Ga.) Invitational.
