ATLANTA - The Union College cycling team continued their 2013 season last weekend at a race host by Georgia Tech.

Overall, senior Wesley Lamberson and junior Kara Uhl led the Bulldogs in the race, taking first place overall in the men's and women's competition, respectively.

Lamberson took the overall crown on the men's side after winning two races (Time Trial and Short Track), while recording fifth and sixth place finishes in the two other races he took part in. Meanwhile, Uhl won the time trial, while finishing third, fourth, and sixth in the other races she competed in.

Elsewhere, freshman Tanner Chaney broke into the top 20 in the overall standings at a race for the first time, in part due to a strong finish in the dual slalom.

The Bulldogs return to action this weekend, taking part in a race hosted by Clemson (S.C.).
