BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College head softball coach Becky Bishop has announced that four student-athletes have signed their National Letter of Intents, and plan to join the Lady Bulldog program this fall.

The four prospects that will join the program are - MiKayla Love, Tiffanie Moore, Brianne Bowling, and Natalie Morrow.

Love, a native of Bowling Green, Ky., will enter the Union program after prepping at Warren East High School in the city. There, she has been a member of both the girls softball and volleyball teams, and plans to play in the middle infield for the Lady Bulldogs when she joins the program.

Moore, a Maryville, Tenn. native, has prepped at Alcoa High School, where she has been a three sport athlete (volleyball, basketball, softball). At Union, Moore looks to log playing time in the outfield and at shortstop.

Bowling and Morrow will both transfer into the Lady Bulldog program from Southwestern Oregon Community College in Coos Bay, Ore.

Bowling, a native of Woodburn, Ore., will also look to earn playing time in the Lady Bulldog outfield. A product of North Marion High School, Bowling logged playing time in 33 games this past season for SOCC.

Morrow, a Carson City, Nev. product, will try to bolster the Lady Bulldog pitching staff in 2014. This past season at SOCC, she posted a 4-3 record with 43 strikeouts, while also batting .274 with 13 RBI.

The Lady Bulldogs are members of both the NAIA and the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC).
