GEORGETOWN, Ky. - The Union baseball team dropped a 6-4 decision at Georgetown (Ky.) on Tuesday.

With the loss, Union falls to 27-18 overall while Georgetown improves to 29-14 on the year.

Union took the early lead with a run in the top of the fourth, but Georgetown came back with two in the bottom of the fourth, one in the fifth and three in the sixth in building a 6-1 advantage.

The Bulldogs pushed a run across in the seventh before tacking on two in the eighth. But it was too little, too late as the Tigers won 6-4/

Zach Dillman (Cincinnati, Ohio) went 2-for-5 with a RBI, and Gabby Juarbe (San Juan, P.R.) also went 2-for-5. Tyler Young (Manchester, Ky.) finished 2-of-3 with a RBI.

The Bulldogs are scheduled to return to action Wednesday when they play host to Cumberlands (Ky.) at 4 p.m.
