LONDON, Ky. - A pair of Bulldogs made the all-tournament team as the Union men's golf team placed sixth at the SEKI-Mid-South Conference Spring Invitational, held at the Crooked Creek Golf Club in London, Ky.
Junior Garrett Bradley (Jellico, Tenn.) placed second overall with a two-over 146. He shot an even-par 72 on the opening round and followed it with a 74 during Tuesday's final round. Sophomore Thomas Scott (Musselburgh, Scotland) carded a two-day score of 151 to finish fifth to also make the all-tournament team.
Cumberlands' (Ky.) Alastair Tidcombe took top individual honors with a 144.
As a team, Union posted sixth with a team score of 634, finishing two strokes back of fifth-place Virginia Intermont. Cumberlands won the event with a 592. Holy Cross (Ind.) was second at 615, Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) ended up third at 616, and Cumberlands' B Team was fourth at 631.
Union returns to action on April 8-9 at the Bulldog Spring Invitational at Wasioto Winds Golf Course in Pineville, Ky.
