BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union College men's swimming coach Rafael Forti has announced that Dustin Dyer has signed his National Letter of Intent to join the Bulldog program this fall.

Dyer, a Fayetteville, N.C. native, plans to swim IM and Freestyle events for UC once he joins the program for the Fall 2013 semester.

"I am glad to see Dustin joining our program this coming fall," said Forti. "He is a good swimmer, capable of swimming several events on a competitive level, and he will help us a lot while preparing meet line ups."

Dyer has prepped at Fayetteville Terry Sanford High School in his hometown, while also taking part on the Fort Bragg Fighting Fish Swim Club. During his career, Dyer has been an All-4A State Swimmer for four years, along with earning All-Conference honors in each of those seasons. Dyer has also earned Most Valuable Swimmer and Most Outstanding Swimmer awards during his career, as well.
