MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. - The Union College men's and women's swimming teams traveled to Milligan (Tenn.) on Friday evening for a pair of dual meets against the host Buffaloes and Lindsey Wilson (Ky.). 

Overall, the men's team was dominant in the meet, sweeping past Milligan (76-19) and Lindsey Wilson (73-21). Meanwhile, the women's team fell against both schools, losing to MC, 51-43 and LWC by a 51-42 score.

For the men, Martino Cervera led the way, winning three events on the night. Cervera first won the 800-free with a mark of 9:40.07, then the 400-IM after hitting the wall in 4:52.34, and finished his night off with a victory in the 400-free (4:18.28). 

On the individual end for the Bulldogs, UC won every event except one. The Bulldogs also won each relay event contested, taking the top spot in the 200-medley relay (1:53.60) and the 400-free relay (3:43.35). 

For the women, Tanya Eustrom was victorious in the 50-free, with a time of 29.73, while Kayla Yokley won the 100-free after hitting the wall in 1:07.17. The Lady Bulldogs also won their final event of the evening, the 400-free relay, with a mark of 4:26.39.

The Union College men's and women's swimming teams will be back in action on Friday, when they host Urbana (Ohio) in a dual meet. The meet, which will also be the program's Senior Day, starts at 6 p.m. at Stivers Aquatic Center.
