BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union head football coach Tommy Reid announced the addition of 15 more commitments for the 2012 season.

"Recruiting is going well for us. We are pleased to have these young men join our program," Reid said. "We're confident these players will help make us stronger and better for the 2012 season."

In all, Union has signed 35 commitments. with 21 coming from Kentucky, seven from Tennessee, five from Georgia, two from Florida and one from Ohio. The newcomers will help fill a variety of needs as six are defensive backs, six others linebackers,six defensive linemen, five offensive linemen, five running backs, four wide receivers, two quarterbacks and one kicker.

Union went 2-9 overall and 1-6 in the Mid-South Conference West in 2011.
