BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - The Beyond Sports College Network named Union running back Rob Brown a BSN Offensive Player of the Week after his career day in the 95-89, triple-overtime loss at Faulkner.

Brown posted career highs for carries (32), rushing yards (229), rushing touchdowns (four), receptions (5), receiving yards (110) and receiving touchdowns (two). He set school records for most touchdowns scored in a game with six and most points scored in a game with 38 (six touchdowns plus one 2-point conversion).

The Daytona, Fla., native also became the fifth player in program history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season has finished with 1,110 yards and 10 touchdowns on 218 carries. He also became the fourth player in Bulldog history to amass more than 2,000 rushing yards in a career as he currently sits at 2,017 yards and 15 touchdowns on 376 carries.

Brown is also one of the program's all-time leaders in all-purpose yards. Add his rushing total to his 637 career receiving yards and 839 kickoff return yards, Brown has racked up 3,564 all-purpose yards during his three seasons as a Bulldog. Only Kevin Bradshaw has more. From 1990-92, Bradshaw tallied 4,782 all-purpose yards with 1,663 rushing yards, 1,022 receiving yards and 1,897 kickoff and punt return yards.

Union finished the season 2-9 overall.
