ATHENS, Tenn. - Chelsea Kirschman hammered home 11 kills to help lead visiting Union to a 3-0 Appalachian Athletic Conference victory over host Tennessee Wesleyan on Tuesday.

Union set the tone early and cruised to the 25-14, 25-9, 25-21 victory.

With the win, Union is now 13-12 overall and 10-1 in the AAC. Union has now won four in a row and its last eight conference matches. 

Tennessee Wesleyan is now 4-18 overall and 0-13 in conference play.

Kirschman (Ponte Vedra, Fla.) delivered a 11 kills in 15 total attempts with three errors for a .533 hitting percentage. Paige Moore (Louisville, Ky.) had five kills and six digs, while Vitoria Oliveira (Sao Paulo, Brazil) added four kills and four digs. Kalia Yasak (Kula, Hawaii) recorded 29 assists.

Union returns home Thursday to play host to No. 4 Lee (Tenn.) at 6:30 p.m.
