BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - The Battle for the Brass Lantern renews Saturday when Union travels to Williamsburg, Ky., to square off against long-time nemesis Cumberlands (Ky.) at 1:30 p.m.

Both the Bulldogs and Patriots enter the contest at 2-2 overall, but Cumberlands has one Mid-South Conference West game under its belt and is 1-0 in league play.

The teams possess the top two rushing teams in the MSC with Union's Terence Pollock (Orange Park, Fla.) and Armond Smith (Stone Mountain, Ga.) ranking No. 1 and No. 2 in rushing individually.

Cumberlands, which leads the overall series 22-9, has won the last four meetings. It's been since 2005 that Union was victorious, winning 35-34 in Williamsburg.
