PIKEVILLE, Ky. - Brooke Smith recorded her 2,200th career point as Union College collected its fifth consecutive win, narrowly defeating host Pikeville (Ky.) College 78-76 Saturday.

Smith (Pineville, Ky.) scored a game-high 32 points to give her 2,228 career points, moving her 46 points away from becoming the program's all-time leading scorer. Amber Spencer currently holds the record with 2,273 points.
