BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - A 1-0 overtime victory over Milligan (Tenn.) College helped Union College's Dominic Scheele and Aaron Miller to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week awards, the league announced Monday.

Scheele, a freshman forward from Clarksville, Tenn., provided the game winner against Milligan. It was his first game winner and only his second career goal.

Miller (Cincinnati, Ohio) played a strong role on Union's back row against Milligan, helping the Bulldogs to their fourth shutout of the season. Miller won the same conference award last season in Sept.

The Bulldogs own a 5-3 record and a 1-1 mark in AAC play. Next on the schedule for Union is a trip to Virginia Intermont College Tuesday for a 4 p.m. contest.
